Sara C. Purvin
Associate Attorney
Sara trained with the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorney's Office EDNY Human Rights Division, Environmental Defense Fund, and Lincoln Square Legal Services.
After working on the New York State Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act, Sara was the Dean's Fellow at the Feerick Center for Social Justice where she worked with asylum seekers in federal family detention and provided clinic litigation support to civil defendants in the Bronx.
A graduate of Fordham University School of Law with a concentration in public interest and service, Sara earned the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award summa cum laude, the honor of Dean's List, and the Student Leadership Award for her Reproductive Justice work, including an article on the constitutional rights of pregnant persons and contributions to an amicus brief to the Supreme Court.
With experience in everything from Discrimination Law & Environmental cases to Contracts & Commercial Real Estate, Sara is equipped to handle any and all civil matters.
